Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses RaiseNova (the "Platform") and is part of our Terms of Use.
You May Not
Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose; upload or share content you do not have the right to provide, or that infringes others' rights or breaches a confidentiality obligation; misrepresent your identity, your company, or your relationship to any person or investor; attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform, or circumvent its security or access controls; scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data except your own; upload malware or interfere with the Platform's operation or other users; or use the Platform to harass, defame, or harm others.
Data Room Use
Upload only materials you own or are authorized to share, and only share access with people you intend to give it to. You are responsible for what you upload and whom you invite.
Accurate Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Do not present Platform outputs as verified, audited, or legally reviewed when they are not.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate. To report misuse, contact support@raisenova.com.
