Billing & Refund Terms
These Billing & Refund Terms apply to paid plans on RaiseNova and are part of our Terms of Use. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Plans & Pricing
RaiseNova offers a free plan and one or more paid subscription plans. Current pricing is shown at the point of purchase. We may change pricing prospectively; changes will not affect the current paid period you have already been billed for.
Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for each renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid features remain active through the end of the current paid period, after which your account returns to the free plan.
Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused features, or downgrades. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. If you believe you were billed in error, contact support@raisenova.com and we will review in good faith.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
Taxes
Prices exclude taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is resolved.
