Is it free?
There is a free plan that includes the readiness assessment and your Raise Readiness Report. Paid plans unlock the full modules and your investor-ready exports.
What is the Raise Readiness Score?
It is a measure of how prepared you are to raise, scored against the same signals investors check in diligence. It has a provisional part (what you claim) and a verified part (what your saved data proves).
Do you give legal or investment advice?
No. RaiseNova is an educational and organizational tool. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and it is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. See our Disclaimer.
Does RaiseNova prepare my legal documents?
No. RaiseNova organizes your information and produces informational summaries. It does not prepare securities offering documents such as SAFEs, notes, or a PPM. Those require your own counsel or a separate engagement with Asea Capital Group.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your data is private to your account, and documents you place in the data room are not visible to anyone until you send an invitation. See our Privacy Policy and Security page.

Can I cancel anytime?
