Getting Started
RaiseNova helps you get your company ready to raise capital. You build out a clear picture of your business across a set of guided modules, and RaiseNova scores how prepared you are and turns your work into investor-ready documents. Here is how to get the most from it.
1. Take the readiness assessment
Start with the assessment. It sets your provisional Raise Readiness Score and points you to the areas that need work. You can retake it as your company evolves.
2. Build out your modules
Work through the modules at your own pace: your Company Profile, Cap Table, Financials, Legal Readiness, Document Vault, and Investor Q&A. Each one has a "?" help button that explains what it is, why investors care, and what good looks like. Your answers are saved to your account.
3. Move from provisional to verified
Your score has two parts. The provisional score reflects what you have claimed. The verified score reflects what your saved data actually proves, which is what an investor can confirm in diligence. As you complete each module, verified points replace provisional ones. Closing that gap is the whole game.
4. Generate your documents
Once you have data in, RaiseNova generates documents for you: a branded Raise Readiness Report, an Investor Overview one-pager, and a Cap Table Summary. View them in the browser and save them as PDF.
5. Get expert help when you need it
When your report surfaces gaps you cannot close on your own, such as structuring a round or preparing offering documents, Asea Capital Group can step in. The platform is designed to hand off cleanly to that work.
Free vs. paid
The free plan includes the assessment and your Raise Readiness Report. Paid plans unlock the full set of modules and your investor-ready exports. See current plans on the upgrade page.
