This Privacy Policy explains how Asea Capital Group LLC ("ACG," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use RaiseNova (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to this Policy.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you register we collect your name, company name, and email address. Access is managed through email magic links and, if you enable it, a password.
Information you enter. The Platform is built around information you choose to enter across its modules, including your company profile, capitalization details, financial figures, legal readiness answers, and investor records. You control what you enter.
Documents you upload. If you use the data room, we store the files you upload and metadata about them (name, size, access events). These may include sensitive business and financial materials. We treat uploaded documents as confidential and do not access them except as needed to operate the Platform or as required by law.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers to manage your plan. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Usage and device information. We collect basic usage data (pages accessed, module progress, readiness scores) and standard technical data (IP address, browser type) to operate and secure the Platform.
Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We may use limited analytics to understand usage. See our approach to cookies below.
How We Use Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the Platform, authenticate you, display your readiness score and generated documents, process your subscription, respond to support requests, secure the Platform, and comply with law. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service Providers (Sub-Processors)
We rely on a small set of providers to run the Platform: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and content delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and an email delivery provider (transactional email). These providers process data only to provide services to us and are bound by their own obligations.
Data Retention
We retain your account and content until you request deletion or your account is closed, after which we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California and similar jurisdictions may request disclosure of the categories of information collected and may opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are commonly defined). To exercise any right, use your Settings page or email support@raisenova.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
International Users
We operate from the United States and process data on globally distributed infrastructure. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States and other countries.
Security
We protect information using encryption in transit, access controls, and short-lived session tokens. No system is perfectly secure; see our Security page for details and your responsibilities.
Children
The Platform is for business use by adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and where required we will notify you.
