Security & Data Handling
We take the security of your information seriously, especially the documents you place in the data room. This page describes our approach and your responsibilities.
How We Protect Data
Traffic to the Platform is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. The Platform runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure, with data stored in Cloudflare's storage services. Access is authenticated through email magic links and optional passwords, and sessions use short-lived tokens that expire and are invalidated on logout.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
Data Room
Documents you upload to a data room are private to your account. Nothing is visible to an investor until you send an invitation, and you control who has access and can revoke it. Access events are logged so you can see engagement.
Your Responsibilities
Keep your email account and any password secure, since access to your email can grant access to your account. Share data-room access only with people you trust, and revoke it when appropriate.
Limitations
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will act promptly and notify you where required by law.
